"More than a Drink" is a branded doc that Jonathan Lue and I shot for Arabilis, a small, family-owned winery. For this project we decided to emphasize the "human" side of the company: The owners Kenny & Allison McMahon. Cinematically, Jonathan had expressed an interest in making the video feel like a memory, so I decided to lean into a filmic look. I achieved this look through the use of a vintage lens and a great viewing lut with a stylized grade for reference on set.
