"She Works" is a short documentary about Kathleen Nisbet Moncy, a second-generation oyster farmer continuing a family legacy. From stewarding Willapa Bay to leading sustainable shellfish farming efforts, her work protects both community and coastline. This project was created for International Women's Day to celebrate women who are shaping the future of our oceans and food systems.
